Get started with Kody

Step 3

Connect OpenCode

Connect an agent from a different ecosystem. Reuse what you made in Step 2 so you can see it travel. Connect a second agent and get Standard free for 2 weeks.

Log in to connect OpenCode
opencode CLI
opencode mcp add kody --url https://kody.apphub.work/mcp
Or add this to opencode.json:
opencode.json
{
  "mcp": {
    "kody": {
      "type": "remote",
      "url": "https://kody.apphub.work/mcp",
      "enabled": true
    }
  }
}

Connect your agent help

OpenCode is a desktop terminal. Change selection and pick a host with a mobile app, or run these steps later on a computer.

Authenticate Kody before you continueAuthenticate on a computer if prompted.Approve the kody.apphub.work OAuth window. This is the step that connects your agent to your factory.

After it connects, paste this in the new agent. It looks up the portability guide and reuses what you already made — one short proof that Kody travels.

Portability proof
I just connected you as a second agent. Look up the portability guide with search({ entity: "guide:portability" }) and reuse what I made in Step 2. One short proof.

Depth lives in the portability guide. The prompt tells your agent to retrieve it.
